UPDATE: Well, I crapped out of "Thing-a-Day" after 5 days, but doing this work had the hoped for side effect of jump-starting inspiration for my real knitting, for my shop. So, it was not a total loss, and actually fun. Maybe next year, I'll make it for a longer period of time.
